Shipping Policy 

We appreciate you for choosing us for your wellness needs. Le’ Moss Sea Moss  strives to process, and ship out orders as quickly as possible. All of our sea moss gel products are made fresh to order. Once your order has been placed, Your order will ship within 2-4 business days. 

Sea Moss Gel Orders:

•Sea Moss Gel is a perishable product and shipped out Monday-Thursday

•If your order is placed on Friday-Sunday, It will be made and shipped out the following business day.

Non Sea Moss Gel Orders:

Orders for any other non gel products will be processed and shipped out Monday-Friday via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 business days.

*If for any reason orders are delayed, we will make sure to send you an email to keep you updated*

You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number.

Local Pickup 

So you're thinking about local pickup... Here's some info for you to digest before you make the call!

I selected local pickup as my shipping option! What does this mean? 

Congratulations! This means you have decided to make the drive to come pick up the order you placed online! This option is 100% free but does require you to drive to the specific location you selected!

Great! Where do I go? 

Before you check out, our pick up locations will be shown so please feel free to look it up the address before deciding to make the drive. If you decide to follow through with local pickup, your confirmation email should also include that address! 

I just placed my order for local pickup! Can I come by right away? 

Not quite yet! All Sea Moss gel are made fresh, therefore there is a 1-4 day processing  period. Please wait for a follow up email confirming that your order is ready for pickup! Orders are generally ready for pickup within 48 hours but can sometimes take a little less/more time depending on supply and demand. Nevertheless, we will contact you as soon as it's ready! 

Got it! Can I come by anytime? 

Our pickup location hours are as follows: 

MONDAY - FRIDAY, 5:30PM - 7:30PM

If these hours do not work for you please reconsider selecting local pickup! Weekend pickups are by request ONLY, and must be called in directly to 816-459-0318 after you have selected your pickup location.

What do I need to bring with me?

Please bring your confirmation email! Don't worry, you don't have to print it out, you can just show it to us on your phone! And for the love, please wear a mask. If you do not have a mask, plan for contactless pickup. This is non-negotiable.

Uh oh, I accidentally selected local pickup but turns out I can't make it. Can you just ship it to me instead?

Unfortunately if you're unable to pickup locally our best option for you to call us immediately to discuss shipping options! 

Can I just come by and shop in person? 

Sadly no! At this time we're not really setup as a retail location and are only allowing local pickup. Additionally, if you'd like to add anything to your order you have 1 day before pick up to do so, otherwise you'd have to place a new order online.
